Prior to Richards' shoplifting arrest, she had been arrested for public intoxication, resisting an officer, trespassing and battery on an officer.

While Richards may seem to be sober and happy, her sobriety reportedly came too late for Bravo, who is said to have fired her several weeks ago.

“No one here asked Kim Richards to come back on the show," a source Radar Online in July. "Producers were done with Kim during her last relapse when she flat-out lied to them by telling them that she had not relapsed when she actually had. No one wants to work with someone like that. You cannot bite the hand that feeds you and that is exactly what she did. She lied to everyone and no one buys a thing she says anymore."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season six has been in production since June, and is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
