Liz Keen's (Megan Boone) life is far from enviable - after half a season reenacting The Fugitive, Liz is now in the custody of the FBI. Thanks to the Cabal, however, all the preparations Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) made to insure her safety have now gone up in smoke. When Gina Zanetakos (Margarita Levieva) returns, even Liz's relationship with Tom will hit a bit of turbulence.

In case you've forgotten, Ms. Zanetakos made her debut in season 1. An assassin and corporate spy, Gina was also one of Tom's (Ryan Eggold) former lovers. Despite her run in with the Post Office team, Zanetakos ended the episode alive and free.

This season, "the sultry jack-of-all-trades criminal will shake things up between Liz and Tom," Entertainment Weekly announced.

Tom and Liz's relationship has never exactly been "stable," so a little turmoil wouldn't be out of the ordinary. If the powers that be choose to incorporate Boone's real-life pregnancy into the series, however, Liz and Tom will want to be on good terms.
