Kelly Osbourne was released from a Los Angeles hospital on Tuesday after suffering a seizure.

The 28-year-old television personality suffered a seizure on Thursday while filming on the set of E!'s Fashion Police.

Her representative released a statement to E! News saying that Kelly has since returned to her home and that she was "given a clean bill of health by her doctor."

Doctors at Cedars Sinai Hospital conducted tests on Osbourne and identified that epilepsy was likely the cause, but that it was possibly a one-time incident, according to TMZ. However, the results are still pending to identify the full nature of her health risks.

The health scare started a small panic scene on the set.

A source that was allegedly close to Osbourne on the E! show told The New York Daily News that she was not feeling well during filming.

She reportedly turned to guest host Melissa Rivers, filling in for Giuliana Rancic, and said "I don't feel good," before falling out of her chair and having a seizure that lasted about 30 seconds.

The source described the panic scene saying, "Kelly said she wasn't feeling well, and then Melissa said, 'Oh my God, she's having a seizure!' Melissa helped put her on the floor and then lay down next to her and talked her through it."

Osbourne's rep added that she is planning to return to filming Fashion Police later this week.

While in the hospital she kept her fans abreast on her situation.

She tweeted a photo of her hospital bed and claimed that her life was "like an episode of House."

Osbourne also took the time to tweet about the hospital staff that helped her get better.

"Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees@CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to bein bed!" she tweeted.
