Agents of SHIELD's Bobbi and Hunter are in big, big trouble, so much so that even Coulson can't help them.

Mockingbird (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood) will leave SHIELD when they move to headline Marvel's Most Wanted, and it appears the couple's departure won't be voluntary. Instead, the pair will be on the run as the MCU's actual most wanted (yeah, we see what they did there, Marvel).

The spinoff will center on the "two ex-spies and ex-spouses [who will be] on the run with no friends, no S.H.I.E.L.D. and a long list of enemies looking to claim a bounty on their heads," Deadline announced on Tuesday.

Soon, the duo will team up with "rogue adventurer" Dominic Fortune, who will protect them on a quid pro quo basis. In the meantime, the "two heroes will help anyone in need, all while trying to uncover the conspiracy that put their own lives in jeopardy."

So what does this mean for Agents of SHIELD? With danger coming at Coulson's team from every direction - Ward, Hydra, rouge Inhumans - any number of people could turn the tables against Bobbi and Lance as season 3 comes to an end. The agents of have grown to call SHIELD home, but by time the finale rolls around, a conflict will tear the team apart.
