Marvel fans have spent the last three months speculating on what would become of the turncoat villain now that he's playing host to the Maveth Inhuman, and thanks to Elizabeth Henstridge's (Simmons) appearance at Wizard World Portland, fans now know what to expect when Agents of SHIELD returns in March.

Speaking of SHIELD's new season 3 challenges, Henstridge said "... now Ward is Hive and takes on the memories of people he's killed, so that's going to have some interesting situations," according to ComicBook.com.

Hive was formerly a Hydra experiment, and while the ancient organization didn't create Coulson's (Clark Gregg) next headache, they certainly will be in league with him. With all of Ward's (Brett Dalton) memory's combined with Hive's innate destructive instincts, this new creature could become a formidable threat.

"He's inhabited by another creature which has existed for centuries on this other world called Maveth. There have been monuments that have been built in his honor," Dalton recently told Entertainment Weekly. "He has access to all of the thoughts and memories that Ward had."
