Was Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer stripped of her custodial rights yet again?

On Tuesday, just one day after the mother of three was seen refusing to feed her kids breakfast and texting while driving with them in the backseat of her car, a custody hearing took place in West Virginia.

“Leah and Corey didn’t have to be there,” a source told Radar Online on Tuesday.

Fortunately for Messer, following a brief chat between her and Corey Simms' lawyers, their joint custody agreement was continued.

“Nothing will change,” the insider said. “They will continue to parent together.”

In January, Messer and Simms, her first husband, agreed to share custody of the children after a judge initally gave Simms primary custody rights to the girls in October of last year.

As Radar Online pointed out, Messer appeared to be doing well after a 30-day stint in rehab last year, which made her premiere behavior even more shocking. While Messer's social media feeds seem to hint that she is a great mother who tends to her children and puts them first, she was seen screaming frantically at them after they requested to eat. She was also seen telling them she forgot to buy groceries.

“I don’t trust you, take me back home,” Aleeah said on the say to school. “You’re always worrying about everything else except for going to pick us up and giving us lunch.”

According to the Radar Online source, Simms is unconcerned with the shocking footage.

“He knew what was going on,” the insider revealed.
