House of Cards is all set for a fifth season, and with new showrunners this time around.

Publications have already started speculating about the premiere of the next chapter.

Most are predicting a March 2017 release for Season 5 of the Netflix political thriller. Season 3 premiered on March 4, and judging by that it could be likely that the next chapter airs in March, but the show is known to have pushed the release date by a almost a month with every season. For instance, Season 3 premiered on February 27, 2015.

Showrunner Beau Willimon is unfortunately on his way out and Season 4 is his last. Netflix has chosen two of the senior writers, Melissa James Gibson and Frank Pugliese, who have been working on the show since 2014, to replace current showrunner Willimon. In a press statement, the show's Executive Producer Kevin Spacey introduced the two as the new showrunners of the series.

"I welcome Frank and Melissa in their new roles on House of Cards and look forward to collaborating with them and our creative team on Season Five," he said. "We and the rest of the House of Cards writers look forward to the next chapter of the reign of Underwood," said Gibson and Pugliese."

In January with the announcement of the renewal of the series for another season, it was revealed that Willimon was on his way out.

Joel Kinnaman, who plays the part of Will Conway, is most likely going to be back. In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Kinnaman revealed that he had signed on for a few episodes in the next chapter as well. Neve Campbell, who played Leanne Harvey the strong opponent for Micheal Kelly's Doug Stamper, should also be back as there was no conclusion to her storyline in Season 4, leaving great possibility of her return. As for Yates's (Paul Sparks)—Claire's (Robin Wright) new lover—return in Season 5, it's a fifty-fifty chance.

Season 4 of House of Cards was released on March 4.
