Corey Simms News: 'Teen Mom 2' Dad Shares Photo Of Daughter Amid Editing Dispute? [VIDEO]
Corey Simms has been silent on Twitter for the last month, but when it comes to keeping Teen Mom 2 fans in the loop with his daughters, his dad has things covered.
On Tuesday, Jeff Simms shared a new photo with his fans and followers which featured one of Corey's twin daughters, 6-year-old Aleeah.
Corey and his wife, Miranda, have been seen together on Teen Mom 2 for the last few seasons, but when it comes to their future with the show, a recent report claimed they would be seen less during season seven due to their frustrations with the network.
“Corey feels MTV did him dirty,” a friend of Corey's explained to Radar Online in March, adding that his ex-wife, Messer, got off easy in the editing room.
“He thinks they had the perfect opportunity to show viewers, ‘This is what happens when you get on drugs, this is the reality.’ Instead, they made it seem like Corey was constantly attacking Leah for no reason,” the source explained.
As fans of the show saw during season six, Messer was caught slurring her words and nearly nodding off while holding her brother Isaac's baby, but when it came to the allegations of a drug addiction, Messer denied having any such problem. Instead, she claimed she was suffering from anxiety and depression when she entered rehab in May of last year, although the source insists her shocking behavior was only the tip of the iceberg.
“Corey told MTV just what he thought about the situation, and said that he and Miranda would not film nearly as much as in past seasons,” the friend revealed. “Producers understood.”
