The White House Correspondents' Dinner for 2016 is set to take place tonight in Washington, D.C. - here's where you can watch all the action online.

The White House Correspondents' Dinner is the annual event where politicians can cut loose alongside famous celebs, many of them comedians. President Barack Obama will appear at his final Correspondents' Dinner as acting president Saturday night. The event will be host by The Nightly Show host Larry Wilmore.

Taking place at the Washington Hilton, the event is expected to include a surf-and-turf menu, according to Olivier Knox, chief Washington D.C. correspondent.

"One thing you can't really tell by watching is how loud it is in that room," Knox revealed in a Hollywood Reporter report. "It gets very, very loud - possibly because of all the drinks consumed during the pre-dinner cocktail hours."

Knox also said that presidents tend to loosen up as they reach the final year of their leadership, so it remains to be seen what Obama has planned.

"Considering the performance that he gave last year, with the anger translator, we're all wondering how he will top it," Knox said, referring to comedian Keegan-Michael Key playing Obama's anger translator. "As they get closer to the finish line, presidents tend to get looser, more frank and a little more energetic and fired up. I think that will translate to a bravura performance from the president."

The White House Correspondents' Dinner coverage will begin on C-SPAN at 6 p.m. ET. Red carpet coverage will take place before the main event, which is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. Obama and Wilmore are expected to begin their speeches at 9:45 p.m. ET, and the event lasts until 11 p.m. ET.

C-SPAN is live streaming the event starting at 6 p.m., right on their website here.
