Angela Simmons is still keeping her fitness in light of her pregnancy and now she’s giving fans a few tips on how to stay fit while carrying a baby bump.

While Simmons’ pregnancy stirred up lots of controversy back in May, she is definitely taking it in stride. Simmons, who has been a fitness champ since before her pregnancy, shared a video on how women can stay in shape on Instagram Tuesday.

She teamed up with yoga guru Latham Thomas. Thomas first advised that expectant mothers should take “glow time” and have time for themselves to relax and woosah.

Simmons said that taking a nap is vital.

“Even with a busy schedule I find time to make naps part of my day.”

She added that getting massages is also a key part of staying relaxed.

“You definitely wanna make sure you’re getting the proper massages.”

Simmons also said that “Essential oils” is also a big help.

  She announced her pregnancy in early May, just weeks after she revealed that her mystery boyfriend popped the question and proposed.

She has yet to identify who her now future husband is, but fans have speculated that it’s Sutton Tennyson, a man from Atlanta who also has a criminal past.

Still, Simmons has been vocal about her pregnancy and wrote an open letter about her unborn child recently.

“There’s something beautiful about coming into motherhood,” she said earlier this month on Instagram. “The process of a child growing inside of me has been by far the most amazing thing I have been a witness to. It’s something to be embraced. It’s a process like no other. Truly a miracle. I’m so excited to be on this journey. So much to learn.”
