Things are continually complicated in the fictional worlds presented by soap operas, and the week of Jan. 23-27 will be no different in the worlds created by The Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives, The Bold and the Beautiful and General Hospital. Days of Our Lives: "Nicole vs. Chloe " (12 p.m. on NBC)

 

Monday: Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) finally admits the truth to Brady (Eric Martsolf); Nicole (Arianne Zucker) realized Deimos' (Vincent Irizarry) life is in danger; Eric (Greg Vaughan) tends to Hope (Kristian Alfonso) as she battles for her life; Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) arrives in Europe to check on Steve (Stephen Nichols)

Tuesday: Nicole (Arianne Zucker) receives shocking news; Gabi (Camila Banus) and Chad (Billy Flynn) share an awkward moment in the square; Claire (Olivia Keegan), Theo (Kyler Pettis), Ciara (Vivian Jovanni), Jade (Gabrielle Haugh) and Joey (James Lastovic) begin a new adventure together; Belle (Martha Madison) returns to visit Claire.

Wednesday: Brady and Deimos rally around Nicole; Chloe convinces Belle to represent her; Gabi and Abigail (Marci Miller) enact a plan to put an end to the three-way family war before someone they love gets hurt; Sonny (Freddie Smith) tries to make a deal with Chad.

Thursday: In Prague, Steve and Kayla go out for a night on the town and reaffirm their love for each other; A feverish Hope fights for her life as Eric tries to save her; Chad and Abigail share a special night together; Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) advocates for Anne (Meredith Scott Lynn) with Adrienne (Judi Evans)

Friday: Nicole receives a surprising visitor as she waits for Justin (Wally Kurth) to post her bail; Maggie (Suzanna Rogers) and Victor (John Aniston) are stunned by Deimos' news; Deimos tries to reason with Chloe; Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) brings a potential new lead about Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) to Steve, Rafe (Galen Gering), Kayla and Marlena (Deirdre Hall).

Tuesday: Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) expresses concern about Quinn, prompting Katie (Heather Tom) ti become suspicious; not having heard from Steffy as promised, Liam decides to keep his word on the ultimatum he issued.

Wednesday: Ridge's family interrogates him about his suddenly softer attitude toward Quinn; Quinn gives Eric an idea of a way to bring his family together again

Thursday: Thomas (Pierson Fode) makes it clear that he's not happy about being overlooked for the CEO position; Ridge is taken aback when Quinn makes him an extremely generous offer

Friday: Wyatt admits to Liam he had an ulterior motive for expediting his divorce with Steffy; Quinn gives Ridge more reason to accept her as a valuable member of the Forrester family.
