Returning this year for its brand new season is BBC One's television drama series, "Poldark." Set to air its episodes for the show's upcoming season 3, fans are going to see again their favorite main character, Ross Poldark, and the endeavors he is bound to go through on another chapter of his life.

Since "Poldark" ended its second season on November last year, viewers and fans have been eagerly waiting for the answers to the questions on the previous season. It can be remembered that the season finale featured a heartbreaking scenario between Ross Poldark (Aidan Turner) and the two characters that he has been tied with since the first season, his wife Demelza (Eleanor Tomlinson) and other lover Elizabeth (Heida Reed).

"Poldark" season 2 finale left with a cliffhanging scenario and revelation that viewers are surely going to look forward on the upcoming season 3. When it was revealed that Elizabeth was pregnant, it was speculated by fans that it is almost sure Elizabeth's unborn child is the result of her secret night with Ross, and not from her husband, George Warleggan (Jack Farthing).

However, according to reports, the couple, Ross and Demelza, will not be separating on the upcoming "Poldark" season 3 despite the fact that Ross might be the father of Elizabeth's baby. Moreover, according to reports from Express UK, when the cast of the BBC One series were spotted in South West England for their initial filming, the two actors reportedly looked very in love, embracing each other, to give life to the happy marriage of Ross and Demelza.

This has made the fans speculate that "Poldark" season 3 might feature the couple to have more dramatic scenarios about their struggles and adversities they may encounter on the upcoming episodes. Elizabeth's husband, George, will however, reportedly come to face-off with Ross about their secret meet-up that resulted her pregnancy.

Meanwhile, according to Digital Spy, a fourth season of "Poldark" has reportedly been buzzing around the world of television series. As per the source, as much as fans wanted to see more of Ross Poldark after season 3, an additional season has not yet been confirmed. However, with the number of novels still awaiting for it to be adapted, it is reportedly possible that there is at least a season after the third.

"Poldark" season 3 is reportedly expected to air on spring 2017.
