On Monday night's episode of The Bachelorette, Desiree Hartsock narrowed down her suitors to four guys who will proceed to the hometown dates next week. SPOILERS AHEAD!

Michael was eliminated during the rose ceremony, leaving Zak Waddell, Drew Kenney, Brooks Forester and Chris Siegfried.

In addition to seeing Zak's hometown, Hartsock will be stopping by Chris's family home in McMinnville, Oregon, Brooks's Salt Lake City pad, and Drew's home in Scottsdale, Arizona. Hartsock's hometown dates airs on July 15.

Although little has been revealed about the hometown dates, Season 4 contestant (and winner!) Jesse Csincsak spoke with EnStars to give us a little info about what's really going on behind-the-scenes during the visits home.

How much time is really spent on the hometown dates?
It takes 3 days to film the short piece that is edited down to only about 15-20 minutes for the show.

In real life, meeting a significant other's family is nerve-wreaking. What is going through the guys' minds when they go on the hometown date with all these cameras?
It is always awkward to meet the parents for the first time. Plus, the producers always make sure they have all there family and close relatives there as well.

Did anything happen behind the scenes that felt staged for ratings?
The producers always tell the guy to ask the dad for his permission to marry the daughter, which is super awkward.

What advice do you have for the final four guys?
BE YOURSELF! Don't pretend to be anything you're not. If she gets to know as something you're not, the show will end, and she will think your a pro football player but really you're an accountant. It won't end well.

Tune into The Bachelorette 2013 Monday nights at 8p.m. EST on ABC.
