Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might lose their golden period soon, a royal expert warned.

Despite leaving the monarchy, Prince Harry and Meghan managed to score several deals that put them under the spotlight. For instance, they immediately signed contracts with Netflix and Spotify after giving up their senior posts.

However, royal expert Neil Sean recently issued a warning to Duke and Duchess of Sussex as the royal couple has not seen any development since securing the deals. Per Sean, it could affect their golden period sooner than expected.

On his YouTube channel, he shared the video titled "MEGHAN HARRY - IS THIS THE END OF THE LINE ON MEGA DEAL?"

"You have to think of content and then more importantly you have to produce it, write it and maybe hopefully get an audience on top of all that. So it's not as easy as they possibly thought but when you become a major celebrity like Harry and Meghan are now, the bigger problem is you have a golden period," Sean said, as quoted by Express.

As for why the time is critical for the Sussexes, the royal expert that their contents might make or break their Hollywood journey. Sean explained that their deals might promise a spectacular success if they could produce worthy content.

However, they would lose everything if it does not pass the audience's taste. It could also lead to a sharp decline in their future offers and deals.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Losing Supporters?

Sean's sentiments came out after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex suffered public condemnation when they expressed concerns to Spotify following a British author's COVID-19 misinformation.

In a statement to Sky News Australia, Douglas Murray said that people do not need to hear from the Sussexes. Instead, everyone wants to hear something from them from a royal's perspective.

"We do need to hear from them, don't we? Because whenever there are issues to do with not just politics but the significance of truth and anything to do with the public mood," he said. "It's absolutely crucial that we get the Duke and Duchess on anything. I'm a great fan of the Royal Family, I am not a fan of these former members. What they think they can contribute I do not know."

 Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Archewell clarified that the couple continues to work with the streaming service.
