BBC One's Sherlock has garnered a massive amount of attention for its upcoming season, which will be launching in the fall.

Den of Geek recently revealed an image from the upcoming series with a caption that read the following:

"Don't miss the repeat of 'The Reichenbach Fall' tonight 8:30 p.m. on BBC One - our advice - keep watching to the very end!"

The respective picture undoubtedly didn't come from the first two seasons, and may actually be related to the Sherlock Holmes classic, The Adventure of the Empty House, according to Screencrush.

In that story, Sherlock tries to trick Colonel Sebastian Moran in his presence with a sculpture of wax via silhouette.

In other Sherlock news, it was recently revealed that actor Lars Mikkelsen had joined the cast as Charles Augustus Magnussen, the new villain of the popular program.

The 49-year-old is known for his work on the Borgen TV series as Soren Ravn and 2001's A King's Game.

In a photo that surfaced from the set, Mikkelson was seen wearing a suit jacket, collared shirt and black tie.
