James Gunn, like Brad Pitt, already has a list of actors he refused to work with in Hollywood.

As one of the most sought-after directors in Hollywood, Gunn surely receives offers from actors who want to work with him in his movies and flicks. Unfortunately, he is not open to collaborating with anyone.

On Twitter, the "Guardians of the Galaxy" director answered questions from fans that were related to his works as a director. One asked him what his response would be if an actor "does not work out" with him.

The fan particularly asked how Gunn would deal with actors with issues in temperament and chemistry, to which he answered: "I'll immediately recast. Life's too short for a-------. Same if they're repeatedly very late, which I hate, or unprepared. I have a long list of actors, A-list & otherwise, I'll never work with for these reasons..."

Gunn clarified in another tweet that he could work with actors who put their all into a project despite the lack of performance. For the director, he would look into any possible way to make everything work with a hardworking actor without compromising the quality of the project.

He added that this usually happens to renowned actors who do not fit his works.

James Gunn Has a Way To Know Actors' Traits

After opening up about his list, he also explained how he considers "a**hole" actors for his projects. He simply said he would not hire "jerks," and that he actually knew some actors with that trait and never consider them even once.

Although he did not particularly name the actors he does not want to work with, Gunn took his time to reveal that John Cena is one of the best people to collaborate with.

He noted that the WWE legend is always prepared and on time during recordings.

Gunn and Cena worked together in the 2021 film, "The Suicide Squad." The wrestler played the role of Peacemaker, the same character he did in Gunn's HBO Max series, "Peacemaker."

Gunn's list came out after Brad Pitt's "sh*t list of actors" were revealed by his "Bullet Train" co-star, Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

During the Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland, Taylor Johnson said (via Variety) that Angelina Jolie's estranged husband has "good" and "sh*t" lists.
