Tim Duncan's divorce with Amy Duncan is officially over.

According to reports, the finalization of the San Antonio Spurs player's marriage came to an end in a secret hearing Tuesday that didn't take place at the Bexar County Courthouse. State District Judge David A. Canales granted the divorce between Tim and Amy in a secret hearing held during his lunch hour at the offices of Tim's lawyer, Sue Hall, per her request. Both Amy and Tim were present, along with their lawyers.

Sources said the accomodation for the secret request was highly unusual.

Details of the divorce, such as which parent gets custody of their two children-Sydney and Draven, and the division of assets were not immediately released.

Enstars reported earlier Tim and Amy were college sweethearts who started their romance at Wake Forest University.  Tim played on the basketball team at the school and Amy was a cheerleader.  Amy initially filed the divorce back in March, stating that the couple's marriage was "insupportable" because of discord and conflict. The San Antonio Express newspaper noted that prior to the divorce proceedings, Tim hired a private investigator to spy on Amy.

"The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between petitioner and respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation," both Tim and Amy's divorce petitions said.

In separate divorce papers filed on Tim behalf, his lawyers attempted to seek information on a San Antonio personal trainer, Gilbert R. Urbano Jr. The man has reportedly been linked to having an affair with Amy.

Rumors also swirled that Amy claimed that Tim was involved in a relationship with another man while they were married.

Last month, Tim's teammate, Danny Green appeared on NYC radio station, Power 105.1 and spoke about the gay rumors surrounding the Spurs center.

"I definitely haven't suspected anything. He's going through some stuff and that's what happens when you go through a divorce. It gets ugly," Green said.
