After news surfaced that Robert Pattinson is currently dating his personal trainer and was spotted on several dates with model Dylan Penn, sources reveal that his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart is devastated with the news.

An insider said in a recent interview that Stewart is reportedly "traumatized" by the news that her former on and off-screen love of four years has a new girlfriend.

"She's traumatized by it," a source reportedly told OK!. The claim was made in the recent print edition out on newsstands now.

The insider also cited Pattinson's recent articles where he describes his ideal girlfriend as another reason the 23-year-old is upset.

"Every time she reads about him with a new girl, she goes into meltdown mode," said the source. "But reading his new interview, where he's definitely on the hunt for love, has tipped her over the edge."

Stewart is currently away in Germany filming a new movie, Sils Maria, but despite being busy with work, she is still having a hard time "moving on," according to the source.

It was revealed on Thursday that Pattinson is currently dating his personal trainer Sydney Leibes. A friend of the petite brunette confirmed that she is indeed training him. The pair were photographed leaving the gym together.

X17 Online reports that Liebes is from Westlake Village, graduated from high school in 2008 and works at A-list celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak's private gym studio. According to her Instagram, she just graduated from college, so she is new to the fitness industry. 

A friend of Liebes told X17Online: "I talked to Sydney, and she's excited about training Rob. She said, 'He's a really cool guy; we're spending a lot of time together in the gym almost every day. He's fun to work with.'"

An insider told RadarOnline that while Liebes might physically resemble Stewart, "she's not at all like her."

"She's down to earth, really energetic, uplifting, whereas Kristen is so somber and tomboyish. Sydney's a great match for Rob!"

"Sydney is very well-rounded," added the insider. "Of course, she's a personal trainer, so she'll keep him in good health. And she still likes to party too, but nothing crazy. She's not a big drinker. It's definitely a great match."

Life & Style Weekly reported Wednesday that Pattinson was dating Dylan Penn, the daughter of actors Sean Penn and Robin Wright in early September. The model was seen being affectionate with the British actor in public and at a private gathering in his home. 

An eyewitness saw the pair at Los Angeles' nightclub Viper Room on Sept. 7. The onlooker said they were "touchy-feely and very flirtatious," gave away several hints indicating that they have been dating for some time now. They were so comfortable with each other that it was obvious it wasn't their first date.

"There was a level of comfort there," said the eyewitness. "You could tell they've hung out a few times."
