Priscilla Chan will probably remember this week for the rest of her life. First she graduated from medical school on Monday and four days later she married Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

The Associated Press reports that the longtime couple (more than 9 years) married on Friday, at a small private ceremony at Zuckerberg's Palo Alto, California home.

Zuckerberg reportedly designed her engagement ring which featured a "single ruby," according to AP. So far there are not details of her wedding gown.

Earlier Forbes had reported that a Hartmann Studios truck was parked at the driveway of Zuckerberg's home on Friday, but the magazine speculated he was throwing a party to celebrate that Facebook went public.

Hartmann Studios is knwon for staging high-end weddings and other social events. They promise their clients to be "worry free."

But not only the media, Zuckerberg surprised even his guests.

According to the AP report, his guests thought they were there "to celebrate Chan's graduation."

Fewer than 100 guests attended the ceremony, according to a source AP spoke to.

Chan and Zuckerberg have been dating since Zuckerberg when they were students at Harvard. They reportedly met at a party while waiting in line for the bathroom.

Chan told The New Yorker that she thought Zuckerberg was "this nerdy guy who was just a little bit out there."

Chan, the long time girlfriend of Mark Zuckerberg, earned her medical degree on Monday from the University of California, San Francisco's School of Medicine.

She plans to become a pediatrician.
