According to TVGuide on Dec. 3, Carol will actually be making her return to the show in the second half of the installment.

In other Walking Dead happenings, it's reported that fans will find out the significance of the mysterious radio broadcast that piqued Daryl's (Norman Reedus) interest prior to when he drove into a plethora of walkers along with Michonne (Dunai Gurira), Bob (Lawrence Gilliard Jr.) and Tyreese (Chad L. Coleman) in search of medicine for sick people.
