One of the most noteworthy actors on Mad Men season 6 recently spoke about returning for the seventh and final season of the show.

James Wolk, who played the mysterious Bob Benson in season 6 of Mad Men, discussed whether or not his character would be back for season 7 with the Sioux City Journal.

"If there's more of a story to be told and a way for me to do it, I would," Wolk said. "But you never know what [creator] Matt [Weiner] has in mind."

Considering production has already begun on Mad Men's final season, it does not bode well if Wolk still doesn't know if he's returning. It is also possible, however, that given the secrecy of the show that Wolk is trying to use misdirection in order to keep his involvement in the final season a secret.

Wolk previously said that he did not know if he was returning to the show.

"I don't know exactly what's happening with Mad Men - I'll just say it would be a honor to be back with those guys," Wolk said at the Emmys in September.

Very few details have been released about the final season of Mad Men. The only real detail released so far was through E! Online, who reported that the final season would include "too many hippies" for Don's (Jon Hamm) liking.
