Kim Kardashian Post-Baby Body Oscars Party Dress PHOTOS: North West Mom Flaunts Cleavage and Curves in Sexy Red Gown

Kim Kardashian showed off her flawless post-baby body at Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscar viewing party Sunday. 

The new mom, who gave birth to North West last summer put on her Sunday's best--a red Celia Kritharioti gown and shared photos and selfies with sisters, Khloe and Kourtney and mom Kris Jenner. 

Her cleavage was on full display and proved no visible stretch marks--an issue she told her doctor she was worried about during a recent episode of Keeping Up with The Kardashians. 

Sisters Khloe and Kourtney dazzled up for the event also. The estranged wife of Lamar Odom was also dressed in red, while Kourtney opted for a more casual look. 

According to The Daily Mail, the famous family enjoyed food by chef Gordon Ramsay, Patron tequila cocktails, as well as performances from Ed Sheeran and DJ Johnny Dynell. 

While Kardashian enjoyed a night out on the town, she received bad news that she was named worst supporting actress by Razzie for her role in Tyler Perry's film, Temptation. 

But that didn't stop the reality star from looking gorgeous. She posed for photos with the man of the hour.

Kardashian made headlines last week after she stormed out of the Vienna Ball when a fellow interviewee said he was surprised to see the reality star and that he'd be dancing to music providing the DJ played, Ni**** in Paris, which is a song by her fiance Kanye West and Jay Z. 

According to TMZ, Kardashian was upset and left the event.
