'Survivor: Cagayan' Spoilers: Brawn Tribe Intentionally Loses 'Octopus Garden' Immunity Challenge? [POLL, VIDEO]
CBS posted a preview spoiling the next Immunity Challenge for Survivor: Cagayan - a challenge that seems to favor the Brawn tribe.
The challenge is called "Octopus's Garden" and features the three tribes gathered on platforms and diving down into the ocean to retrieve buoys tied to a rope. The tribes must then take those buoys and shoot them into a faraway basket. The first two tribes to get all of their buoys into their basket win Immunity and are safe from Tribal Council.
Since this appears to be a very physical challenge, the Brawn tribe might have the advantage. However, as seen from the various previews of the episode, the Brawn tribe might actually be throwing the challenge in order to eliminate one of their own.
New 'Tyler Perry' Idol Coming Into Play In Survivor: Cagayan?
The promo for episode 3 of Survivor: Cagayan features Sarah Lacina speaking to Yung "Woo" Hwang about getting an unknown "him" out. As she is speaking to Woo, she could only be referring to Cliff Robinson or Tony Vlachos. Both Sarah and Woo agree that it is a good idea to throw the challenge, indicating that it might just be a reality.
Intentionally wanting to go to Tribal Council has either been great or disastrous for tribes in the past. In Survivor: Redemption Island, the Zapatera tribe threw a challenge early in the season in order to get out Russell Hantz and were able to do so successfully.
On the flip side, Survivor: One World featured the Manono tribe being electing to go to Tribal Council after Colton Cumbie convinced them to and subsequently threw the tribe into chaos.
Survivor: Cagayan airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
