A series of new character names have been added to the highly anticipated Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul, and it looks to be an eclectic group of people.

Bryan Cranston & Aaron Paul Want to Appear on Breaking Bad Prequel?

Better Call Saul features eccentric lawyer Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) at the center alongside Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks). Considering Mike died near the end of Breaking Bad, the show is presumed to mostly be a prequel series to the popular AMC show.

A new report posted on Showbiz411 has revealed the names and brief descriptions of numerous new characters set to appear on Better Call Saul.

Better Call Saul Series to be a Courtroom Drama?

Among new characters to appear regularly on the series are Burt, a "Kennedy" type of lawyer in a "white-shoe" law firm, Dr. Thurber and Beth, two lawyers, Eddie, a career criminal who speaks Spanish and Zak and Luke, a pair of young skateboarding twins.

The report also notes that Aaron Paul (who played Jesse Pinkman on Breaking Bad) and most of his fellow cast members are unknown as far as joining the spin-off. Paul previously said that he had been discussing the possibility of returning for a cameo with the writers.

"All I know is the show got instantly picked up for 24 episodes on the air. They didn't have to do a pilot, it was straight into the writers' room. Everything [creator] Vince [Gilligan] touches is pure genius. I'm very excited about it and we've definitely toyed around with the idea of having Jesse Pinkman make a little cameo or two," he said.

The spin-off series is created by Gilligan and Peter Gould, the two primary producers on Breaking Bad.

It is unknown when AMC will air Better Call Saul as the series has not even begun production yet.
