While former Mob Wives star Alicia DiMichele was coming to an agreement on a plea deal with officials, current cast member Renee Graziano was partying it up at a birthday party.

According to Page Six, Graziano was one of many important women at Meryl Poster's birthday party at Acme on Wednesday, July 9. Graziano was one of 50 power women invited to the affair, which also included Alyssa Milano, Condé Nast Entertainment head Dawn Ostroff, designer Liz Lange and many more. The ladies reportedly had Sprinkles birthday cupcakes and tequila drinks.

Graziano tweeted a link to the article and "THIS IS HOW POWERFUL WOMEN PARTY #honored #merylposter #powerwomen #ontherise".

Meanwhile, her former co-star DiMichele was coming to terms with a plea deal in her embezzlement case. DiMichele has agreed to pay $40,000 and is expected to plead guilty on August 14. She also faces up to six months in jail, The New York Post reported. DiMichele was charged with her husband Edward "Tall Guy" Garofalo for taking union pension funds from the now defunct New Jersey trucking company they used to run.

DiMichele left Mob Wives this year to focus on her legal case and her family. On July 9, DiMichele tweeted, "Good Morning! Wanted to wish all of u a Beautiful Day. Thank u all for being u and for staying true".

Mob Wives with Graziano is expected to come back in December 2014 on VH1.
