Graziano's sister Jennifer also wished her a happy birthday on Instagram. She wrote, "Happy Birthday to my sister Renee....forever will she always play the role of Big Sister and Protector ..... Even when I don't want her to. Enjoy the day!! #Sisters #ImLucky #YouNeedAllTheLuckYouCanGet #ReneeIsBlessed #KeepUpTheGoodWork #ToTheMoonWeGo #HappyBirthday"

Graziano has more to celebrate with a new season of Mob Wives coming back in December on VH1. Rumors started earlier this spring that Graziano was looking to get out, according to a report from the blog All About The Real Housewives. But now it seems all of last season's women, minus Alicia DiMichele, are staying put for the next season.

DiMichele left the show after getting charged in an embezzlement case. She just settled on a plea deal to pay back $40,000. DiMichele was busted along with her husband Edward "Tall Guy" Garofalo for taking union pension funds from the now defunct New Jersey trucking company they used to run, according to The New York Post. Garofalo plead guilty last year on a number of charges and was sentenced to seven years in prison.
