It has been reported that a Department of Education worker has been taken into custody by police.  Allegedly, the Brookyln technology office worker had said that he was infatuated with Colorado shooter James Holmes when he was questioned about several photos he had of the killer both on his computer and "all over his desk," according to NBC.

The police had responded to the call this past Wednesday in regards to the 60 year-old employee's shady activity.  However, the employee was not present when the cops got to the work place.

The police then went to the man's residence where he then reportedly informed them of his obsession with the cold-blooded killer; who reminds him of himself.  The killer admirer then went on to say that he felt for Holmes because he dislikes his co-workers, familiar sources said.

Police say the man seemed as though he was in a daze and intoxicated.  Afterward, he was brought into police custody and transported to Bellevue Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.

Sources say that the disgruntled employee doesn't seem to be any sort of a threat at this time.  No weapons or other harmful items were found when the police searched his home.

The man is not expected to be charged at the present time and the DoE could not be reached for any comments.
