Jenelle Evans has responded to Leah Calvert quitting Teen Mom 2.

'Teen Mom 2' Was 'Too Much' For Leah Calvert

Following Calvert's Twitter announement that she would be leaving the MTV reality show ahead of season six, Evans responded to her tweet with a tweet of her own. In her tweet, Evans seemed to diss Calvert for not sharing her issues on screen.

"We r on the show to share our struggles, not hide them," Evans tweeted on Friday. "Thanks for everyone's support over the years! Love u guys!"

'Teen Mom 2' Season Six May Begin Filming "Soon"

In recent months, Calvert has faced allegations of an addiction to prescription medication and an affair. During the recently aired fifth season of Teen Mom 2, fans watched as Calvert began taking prescribed pills for her anxiety problems. After taking the pills, Calvert admitted to feeling "druggy" and was later seen slurring her words while on the phone with her daughter's doctor.

"I feel like I’m slurring and I just feel really weird and I’m freaking out," Calvert said on the show.

According to a Friday report from Radar Online, Calvert decided to leave the show in an effort to prepare for her upcoming court date with Corey Simms. Earlier this year, following Calvert's on-screen pill use, Simms filed for full custody of their twin girls, Ali and Aleeah.

"A few months ago, Leah asked Corey for more money, and it really pissed him off,” a source close to Calvert told In Touch Weekly. “To get back at her, he asked for full custody of Ali and Aleeah — and used her recent prescription-medication use as grounds as well.”

Calvert and Simms are due in court early next month.
