Last week, the season 5 premiere of hit reality show Mob Wives made its debut, and the drama between the women is at an all time high.

Of course no one was expecting the cast to be the best of friends, but viewers didn't expect all of the drama that erupted last week and now fans are anxiously waiting to see what happens next.

On Sunday, World War III commenced after cast mates Karen Gravano and her sworn enemy Natalie Guercio had to battle it out via Twitter and it looks like the drama has yet to die down.

Both of the women on the show are accusing one another of being "rats," giving information to police officials regarding their families' cases.

Guercio, who might have been stirring the pot during last week's premiere episode, left the summer kick off party after Gravano made an appearance and some people think it's because she may have been a little scared. 

The Philly native is now letting the world know that she isn't afraid of any of the women on the show especially Gravano and her BFF Renee Graziano and she left them a little message.

Well, it's a good thing Guercio is in the funeral business, because by the looks of things, it's only a matter of time before things get deadly.

Viewers can watch a brand new episode of Mob Wives this Wednesday at 9 p.m. on VH1.
