Catelynn Lowell celebrated Throwback Thursday with an old photo of her first child.

'Teen Mom' Catelynn Lowell Experiences Pregnancy Pains

Yesterday, the pregnant Teen Mom star shared a photo of herself, fiance Tyler Baltierra and their infant daughter, Carly, on Instagram. In the caption of the sweet photo, Lowell said Carly was her "first previous angel."

"Throwback thursday to when our first precious angel was born a day I'll never forget 5.18.09 @tylerbaltierramtv," Lowell's caption read.

Fans haven't seen Lowell and Baltierra since the fourth season of Teen Mom, which aired at the end of 2012. After the season was filmed, the couple's co-star, Amber Portwood, entered prison to serve a 5-year-sentence, which was later reduced. Because of Portwood's absence, MTV put the series temporarily on hold. Then, after Portwood's Nov. 2013 release, the network announced plans to move forward with a fifth season.

Included in season five, which began filming months ago, are Catelynn Lowell, Tyler Baltierra, Amber Portwood, Gary Shirley, Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards. Former star Farrah Abraham was not included.

On season five of Teen Mom, fans can expect to see Lowell and Baltierra's journey to welcoming their second child, also a girl, as well as their journey down the aisle, which will take place sometime next year.

Lowell and Baltierra's second daughter is due sometime next month.
