Tyler Baltierra shared a special message with fans over the weekend.

'Teen Mom' Catelynn Lowell Debuts New Engagement Ring

On Friday, after giving his Teen Mom fiancee, Catelynn Lowell, a new diamond engagement ring, Baltierra posted a heartwarming message on Instagram. In the message, the reality star told fans he was "lucky" to have Lowell in his life.

"The most honest statement," Baltierra began. "Woman are the bearers of life, something men will never understand. Lucky to have such an amazing woman by my side #Truth #MadRespect #NuffSaid."

Baltierra and Lowell have been dating for about 10 years now, and have appeared on a total of three reality shows, including MTV's 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom, and VH1's Couple's Therapy. On the VH1 series, the couple, who was previously engaged, called off their wedding in order to address issues within their relationship. Following filming, they became re-engaged and are now planning to wed in spring of 2015.

On Christmas, Baltierra surprised Lowell with the new ring.

After receiving the special gift, Lowell took to Instagram, where she shared a photo of the diamond.

"Babe got me a new engagement ring.... I wasn't expecting this at all... it even has a baby diamond on the bottom to represent our new little girl.... thank you so much @tylerbaltierramtv I love you!" she captioned the photo.

Lowell and Baltierra are currently awaiting the birth of their second child, a daughter, who is due in mid-January. Following the birth, the couple will be seen in Teen Mom season five.
