Catelynn Lowell is reportedly planning to go back to rehab after filming the Teen Mom OG season seven reunion special with her costars this weekend in New York City.

After being in and out of a facility in Arizona for the past few months, Lowell has decided to take a break from treatment and reunite with her costars, including Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, and Farrah Abraham. However, according to a new report, she won't be staying away from rehab for long.

“I asked Tyler if she’s going back afterwards and he said, ‘I don’t know, but that’s the game plan,” the insider told Radar Online on March 1. “He seemed unsure... I hope she goes back if that’s what’s expected. We all want her better.”

As the outlet revealed, Lowell checked out of treatment four days early to travel to the Big Apple to tape the season seven reunion on Saturday, March 3 and Sunday, March 4 and did so with permission from the facility.

“She wants to be home for a while before getting ready for the reunion. She wants to be able to catch up with her co-stars Maci [Bookout] and Amber [Portwood]. She also wants to get her wardrobe prepped,” the insider added.

As fans recently witnessed, Lowell tragically suffered a miscarriage during production on Teen Mom OG at the end of last year. Then, just a short time later, she began a weeks-long stint in rehab due to the suicidal thoughts she was having after losing her baby. Lowell also reportedly addressed "childhood trauma" in the Arizona treatment center, although it was unclear what she was referring to.

Prior to her latest stints in treatment, Lowell spent time in rehab in 2015 after experiencing postpartum depression after the January 2015 birth of her youngest child, Novalee Reign. Lowell is also mom to 8-year-old Carly, who she put up for adoption in 2009.

Although Lowell is ready to reunite with her costars, a source close to her and her husband, Tyler Baltierra, said that he wasn't actually sure if they would be attending the reunion or not.

“It’s up to Catelynn, but he personally doesn’t want to go,” the insider added.

Teen Mom OG season seven airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. on MTV.
