The 40-year-old who split this year from her husband of 11 years, "Twilight" star Peter Facinelli in March, "is happier than ever," according to Us Weekly. A source said that "she looks like the old Jennie!"

Garth revealed the secrets to her dramatic weight loss to US Weekly on Aug. 23.

"I'm just taking care of myself: Eating less, exercising more, drinking a lot of coconut water," she said. "I eat a lot of Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt in the morning, salads and proteins the rest of the day and maybe a cupcake if I've been a good girl."

The "What I like about You" star first discussed her slimmer body frame in March to Entertainment Tonight! Canada:

"I've been certainly going through a transitional time in my life," Garth said. "And I think anybody who has been through something like what I'm going through and have been going through for the past couple years, can definitely relate that your body changes with your emotional state of mind sometimes. I think a lot of women can relate to that."

"A lot of people have a 'friend' that they want to set me up with, so it's kind of weird!" she shared.

Garth has been spotted with professional magazine photographer Noah Abrams, whom she was introduced to through mutual friends. As for her dating life she told People magazine, "I'm taking it slow"

Garth is developing a new sitcom with her "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-star Luke Perry. She has appeared with the 45-year-old actor in an Old Navy commercial together earlier this year.

She currently appears on her won reality show "Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country" on CMT.
