Giuliana and Bill Rancic have showed off their newborn Edward Duke Rancic.

The proud parents posed on the cover of this week's Life & Style magazine to share the first photos of their child they welcomed two weeks ago via a gestational carrier.

"I had always heard that when you have a baby it completes your life -- and it's true," Giuliana told the magazine. "I love my baby, and I love my new role."

"Every day he's changing -- it's just remarkable to see," said Bill. "[He's] got Giuliana's dimples!"

Bill, 41, shared that the E! News host is a natural when it comes to motherhood.

"It's amazing how maternal instincts have taken over, and Giuliana's just supermom," said the former  "Apprentice" star. "It literally brought tears to my eyes the other day watching her with Duke."

Despite the raves from her husband, the "Fashion Police" co-host admitted the process is very new for her and that she finds joy in learning how to be a mother.

"I'd never changed more than a diaper or two in my life," she laughed. "Now it's like the littlest things that make me happy -- happier than I've ever been."

The first-time mom revealed where the baby's name came from: "Edward is Bill's late dad's name and my dad's name. It was a way to honor them. And Duke means leader."

The couple posed for the photos 11 days after they welcomed the birth of their son on Wednesday, Aug. 29.

They were "beyond elated" when their son entered at 10:12 p.m. in Denver. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 20 inches.

Giuliana is taking time off from "Fashion Policeand "E! News," according to E! Online, but will return to her hosting duties to interview celebrities on the red carpet for the network's "Live From The Red Carpet" during the Emmys on Sept. 23.

"Coming back to E! for one night then back to changing diapers:)" she tweeted yesterday.
