A new description of the next few episodes of Fox's Gotham has been released, previewing the introduction of the Scarecrow in addition to Robin's father.

Fox has released a plot synopsis for the February episodes of Gotham, revealing what Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Bullock (Donal Logue) will be facing in the weeks to come. As previously seen, the next episode features a continuation of the Scarecrow storyline.

"The fearsome secret origin of iconic Super-Villain The Scarecrow is revealed on Feb. 2 and Feb. 9, when Gordon and Bullock track down a killer who murders in the name of science," the synopsis reads.

Gordon meets Robin's father (guest star Rob Gorrie) in the next episode, with Gotham city being turned "into a three-ring circus."

This occurs when "a clown attack traps Gordon and Dr. Thompkins (guest star Morena Baccarin) under the Big Top, and Gordon meets John Grayson, the father of the future Robin."

Two future villains will come face to face in the form of Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) and Ivy (guest star Clare Foley) in the Feb. 23 episode.

"Finally, on Feb. 23, Gordon and Bullock track down the Red Hood Gang, as Selina plays a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse with Ivy."

There is no mention of any of the mob war storylines, which includes Fish (Jada Pinkett Smith), Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor), Maroni (David Zayas) and Falcone (John Doman).

Gotham airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
