MTV's "Jersey Shore" will premiere its sixth season on Thursday, Oct. 4. The reality show debut will mark the beginning of the end for the series, as this season will be its very last. The latest and last installment of the show is still promising to deliver audiences fights, drama and hook-ups, however, it also will feature two scenarios that viewers aren't used to seeing: a six months pregnant Snooki and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino battling a prescription meds addiction.

It was a change of pace for castmate Ronnie Ortiz-Magro to see The Situation cleaning up his act, and he cracked a joke about it to MTV.

"Most shocking thing is that Mike actually checked into the house this season," Ronnie teased.  The Situation responded by saying "I always check in maybe not on time though."

Pauly D felt that the biggest shocker of the season for him was Snooki's pregnancy. However, despite the positive changes that have occurred in some of the cast members, he gives his word that viewers will still witness the same "Jersey Shore."

"I don't think it changed. The show's reality, and that's what the coolest thing about it is, things happen in reality, people get pregnant, some people deal with situations going to rehab. Get it?" he said. " 'Situations' going to rehab. That was good. I need to write that down. No, it's cool. It's just real life."

Ronnie agreed that although The Situation and Snooki wouldn't be able to indulge in some of their usual off-the-wall antics, the two were still able to enjoy their final stay in Seaside.

"Mike wasn't able to go crazy, but he still went to the clubs and had a good time. Snooki showed up to the house and was herself. She was pregnant and responsible, but the rest of us went crazy and we did what the fans wanted us to do, but Mike still went out and had a good time, but was a good boy," he said.

"Jersey Shore" will be airing its premiere episode tonight at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
