The drama between the ladies of Mob Wives is far from over despite the fact that the season ended about a month ago and while things have remained fairly quiet, Natalie Guercio is calling out one of her co-stars for creating false stories.

Did 'Mob Wives' Star Natalie Guercio Suffer From A Drug Overdose?

Back in March Guercio's co-star Renee Graziano took to Twitter to announce that her former cast mate had suffered a drug overdose and was being hospitalized for addiction.

While some fans thought Graziano was simply being a bully, the reality star insisted that Radar Online was the first to post the stories and she was simply concerened about Guercio's well being.

Almost a month later, and Guercio is now slamming Graziano for creating the false stories and she's making it clear that she did not overdose on meth.

“The 4 am RUMOR Renee Graziano stated about me/ Meth OD, is a horrible and disgusting LIE. Another desperate attempt 4 attention. Praying for you. #obsessed,” the Twitter post said.

Graziano, who has also struggled with drug abuse, said that she wants to help Nat G. if the rumors are true and at the time, she told her followers she was just trying to help.

"My prayers w. Nat G. in a la.. Sad to hear about her meth od.. Yeah ended up in the hospital. Honey ill help you!! You'll get better praying for you."
