It is unclear just how long the two have been together, though they likely began dating after the show's current third season (ending May 7) taped in Mississippi, where Boudreaux nearly hooked up with roommate Mattie Breaux for a second time early on in the vacation.

There has been no confirmation of whether or not the proposal would be featured on the upcoming season.

Boudreaux has been open about some of his past while on the show before, talking about his young daughter and admitting how much he loved her. His mother also recently appeared on the show when the cast took a small trip to New Orleans.

Congratulations to Lyle and his fiancee!

The Party Down South season 3 finale airs May 7 at 9 p.m. on CMT.
