'Supernatural Season 11: What's Next For Rowena? Ruth Connell Dishes On Hopes For Cunning Witch

The cast of the former CW series is set to reunite at Austin Television Festival this June, but the residents of Stars Hallow may have more than just a panel on their schedule. While nothing is set in stone, Scott Peterson (Luke) recently hinted at a limited return of the Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Co.

"I think there's a lot of territory left unexplored that we could explore in a limited series or a TV movie or feature film, whatever that may be. I think it really just comes down to the script," Peterson explained, according to Perez Hilton. "I think everybody would jump on board."

Don't dust off those Doose's Market aprons just yet, though. Gilmore Girls was cancelled way back in 2007, meaning producers will have their hands full trying to get everyone on board. Those problems are not insurmountable, however.

"I can't really go into any details, but there is some activity," Peterson said, adding that talks are ongoing. "I'm hopeful, and I'm in. I think it would be a big event, and I think it would be a great fan celebration."
