"That '70s Show' actress Lisa Robin Kelly is out of jail this week after being arrested for an alleged assault.

The 42-year old was released from prison on bond after being arrested on Monday for allegedly assaulting her husband, Robert Joseph Gilliam, in North Carolina.

Police in Charlotte responded to a domestic disturbance call in Mooresville, where they arrested Kelly for assaulting her 61-year-old husband, according to The Huffington Post. Neither drugs nor alcohol were seen by authorities to be the cause of the assault or involved in the incident.

Kelly and her husband were taken to the Iredell County Detention Center where Kelly was charged with a misdemeanor assault. Gilliam was also released on bond and charged with a misdemeanor assault on a female. Both paid a $500 bond to be released and are expected to show up for their scheduled court date on Jan. 25.

Kelly has had previous run-ins with the law. The actress was arrested in 2010 for a DUI, according to TMZ. Then earlier this year, Kelly was arrested for a felony spousal abuse charge, but the Los Angeles County District Attorney reportedly declined to file charges.

She claimed that her then-boyfriend, John Michas, injured himself in an attempt to frame her. Shortly after the abuse charge, Kelly went on "Good Morning America" and talked about her troubled life.

"I had lost a baby, as a result of that, I lost everything," Kelly said. "And I was abusing alcohol, which I no longer do. With the '70s show,' I was guilty - of the drinking problem - and I ran. And I am not running from this. And I have paid my dues."

Kelly has had little television work since she finished playing Laurie Forman, sister of Topher Grace's character, on Fox's hit sitcom, which ended in 2006. Kelly had also appeared on spots for "Married...With Children" and "Murphy Brown."
