Actress Drew Barrymore has been seen bubbling about her upcoming wedding to art consultant Will Kopelman, but could she be glowing about more?

TMZ caught sight of the 37-year-old star leaving a doctor's office last week, holding what appears to be a sonogram, sparking rumors that the bride-to-be is expecting.

A source told People magazine that the couple would love to be parents. "Drew is so motherly," the source said at the time. "Will would like to be a dad. Family is so important to him."

In an old interview with People, Barrymore acknowledged having baby fever. "I definitely feel the beginnings of a tick-tock," she said in 2006. "Whether I have children or adopt, whatever form a family comes in, I would absolutely love to have it."

Barrymore is keeping mum so far on the rumor.
