When it comes to hurling on-screen expletive-laden dialogue, nobody can hold a foulmouthed candle to one Mr. Samuel L. Jackson. Between his copious lines written by Quentin Tarantino, those muthaf***ing snakes on that muthaf***ing plane, and the sheer fact that he has over 150 films under his belt, it would be safe to assume Jackson holds the record for most utterances of profanity in his storied career.

But alas, we were wrong. What the ****!

While the Last Days of Ptolemy Grey actor was appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the topic at hand came up, with the help of "Buzz Bingo," placing Jackson in third place with 301 swears on film.

Jackson seemed irked by the results asking Fallon, "Who won?"

Scoring a whopping 376 expletives, it was actor Jonah Hill who took the crown, with Leonardo DiCaprio in second with 361.

Jackson expressed his distrust for the final counts,

"That's some bullsh*t. I mean, no. No way, man. No way, man, come on. Jonah Hill, really? I don't believe that. Someone has miscounted."

How did this happen? Simple answer. The Wolf of Wall Street.

According to The Independent and Buzz Bingo, this Martin Scorsese flick, which stars the two front runners on the list, Hill, and DiCaprio, has the most curses in a film period, with 715. So, it's no wonder why Jackson's Django Unchained co-stars took the top spots.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Jackson will be able to catch up in the rankings, given his next project is the Disney/Marvel series Secret Invasion, where he will reprise his role of Nick Fury for the MCU. If we know Disney+, the chances of him hurling a potty-mouthed rant at a group of shape-shifting aliens probably won't fly on the streaming service.
