Jesse Eisenberg has announced his next BIG role in his next upcoming acting comeback in David and Nathan Zellner's new movie.

In a recent interview with Variety, the actor-writer-director promoted his directorial debut "When You Finish Saving the World", which was recently screened at the Sarajevo Film Festival. Eisenberg also revealed that he was eager to return to acting and is looking forward to his next acting role, which will definitely be a new experience for the veteran actor.

"I play a Sasquatch: full makeup, full body hair, no lines. I grunt, but no lines." Eisenberg, followed by a laugh. "I'm so looking forward to this."

"The Social Network" star did not mention the title of the film, and only revealed that he would be going all-out as Sasquatch, which includes getting covered from head to toe as a beast with fur. Eisenberg was more than happy to gush about the directors for the upcoming role:

"The next movie i'm doing is the Zellner Brothers" Eisenberg said. "They're just these brilliant directors that I've wanted to work with for a long time."

Director-brothers David and Nathan Zellner are widely known for their works "Damsel", and "Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter". As of now, details on the Sasquatch movie is kept under wraps.

Eisenberg's Directorial Growth

In an interview with Variety, the "Justice League" star talked about the challenges of switching from acting to directing. While he did enjoy his time in the director's chair, Eisenberg expressed that he's not looking to stay in it exclusively.

"Maybe unconsciously I thought I could direct a movie, but I never allowed myself to think of it explicitly, because it just feels like such a cliche." The "When you Finish Saving the World" director said.

The actor-writer-director had also discussed his experience working with Julianne Moore and notably Emma Stone for his directorial debut. Notably, Stone was his co-star during their time as Columbus and Wichita in Zombieland.

"I've received so many bad notes in my life as an actor," he explained. "I was so unnecessarily fearful that i'd be giving them to my actors."

Eisenberg was presented with an honorary Heart of Sarajevo Award during the Sarajevo Film Festival in an open-air screening of his directorial debut, "When You Finish Saving the World".
