Has Emma Watson been enchanted? Find out all about the mysterious man the "Harry Potter" star is reportedly dating.

The 32 year old actress was first spotted with Brandon Green, the son of tycoon businessman Phillip Green, on a private helicopter in Battersea, west London on September 2. Recently, the pair are seen spending time again during a vacation in Venice, Italy.

The Daily Mail reports that Green is currently "wooing" Watson. The two have bonded over their shared concern on protecting the environment. Watson has been known for her activism in climate change, even attending last year's COP26 summit in Glasgow. Meanwhile, a source tells Elle that Brandon Green is passionate about efforts to save the ocean.

"He got very interested in biodiversity and saving the oceans. He does a lot of charity work with both Monaco's Prince Albert's foundation and Princess Charlene's foundation," The source said. "He is very into fitness and gets involved with galas and charities that help the planet. He does frequent beach clean-ups and whatever he can to help."

Watson's friends were apparently "surprised" that the actress was seeing Brandon. The actress has said in the past that she relies on her matchmaking friends to set her up on dates.

Possible Conflict of Interest?

Perhaps the reason Watson's friends and many fans were shocked is due to controversy surrounding her new beau's family background. Brandon's father, Phillip Green, is a business tycoon known for making getting rich off of fast fashion. Meanwhile, Watson is known for speaking out on the importance of sustainability in fashion.

Phillip Green is chairman of the Arcadia Group, known for owning clothing retailers like Topshop, Topman, Evans, Miss, Dorothy Perkins, and more. The business tycoon is surrounded by controversy in the U.K. due to his business decisions and lavish lifestyle. The Sunday Times Rich List claims he is worth £910 million.

His son, Brandon, has been seen accompanying the business tycoon to events, especially fashion shows.

The Actress on Being Previously Single

According to an interview with Vogue in 2017, the "Little Women" actress had expressed her contentment with being single at that time.

"I never believed the whole 'I'm happy single' spiel. It took me a long time but I'm happy being single. I call it being self-partnered." Watson told Vogue.

The environment advocate also opened up about the struggles she faced amidst her acting career and dating rumors in 2012.

"Being famous is difficult on my dating life, because anyone I get photographed with is automatically my boyfriend," the actress told Glamour. "So, it just makes it look as if I've had, like, 6,000 boyfriends."

The "Perks of being a Wallflower" star's relationship history dates back to as early as 2008. She has been linked to names like Prince Harry, Francis Boulle, Brandan Wallace, and more.
