The Voice has narrowed its playing field down to the Top Eight, and contestants spent Monday night trying to convince voters that they should move on to the Top 3.

After making it through last week's Top 10 eliminations, the remaining performers are working hard to make sure they make it on to the next round. With the added help of iTunes sales bonuses, which multiplies an artist's vote by five when their single for that week enters the iTunes Top 10, and Instant Save, which allows voters to save one of the bottom three by tweeting their support, contestants have a lot to strive for.

With three contestants left, Team Adam Levine is currently the strongest group in the running. James Wolpert was up first and the former iTunes Bonus winner took on U2's With or Without You. Will Champlin then gave his rendition of fun.'s 2012 hit, Carry On before Tessanne Chin amazed the crowd with Simon & Garfunkel's classic Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

Team Christina Aguilera only has one contestant still in the running, and Jacquie Lee received glowing reviews from her mentor following her performance. Lee chose to take on Sarah McLachlan's Angel. If you've seen the ASPCA commercial's set to the country artist's song, you know the track's ability to pull on listener's heartstrings, something Lee attempted to recreate.

Lastly, Team Blake Shelton's Cole Vosbury performed Billy Joel's Shameless. Covered by Garth Brooks and featuring some tantalizing piano pieces, the 1989 release was right in Vosbury's wheelhouse.

The Voice will be back on Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on NBC to announce the Top 3.
