One of the actors from Reign released a detail on what's to come in Season 2 that involves the plague possibly killing off his own character.

In a live interview published on Monday, Toby Regbo who plays Francis on the series, mentioned that his character will be off to find his baby that could end with unfortunate results.

"He had a baby in a moment of lost and weakness with one of Mary's mates," Regbo said, giving the impression that the story is about to become more twisted. "And he's gonna go find it."

The clip continues with a scene from the series where Mary warns Francis about the plague and his mother ordered the castle lock down. The actor then give a possible spoiler on what's to come, which could result in death of him, someone else or more than one person.

"Lola's having a baby and the plague has come in and so she might not survive," Regbo said. "Childbirth nor the baby and I might not survive because of that plague getting me sick."

Torrance Coombs, who plays Bash on the series, recently spoke to Assignment X about the chances of Francis dying; he didn't seem to know much, but that could be just be because no one said anything yet.

"All I can tell you is that he was told to come back with the rest of us and shoot some more!" Coombs said. "It hasn't been written yet, so we don't know, they are writing it now. They don't tell us anything."

Reign Season 2 is expected to premiere this fall on The CW.
