Apollo Nida is just hours away from learning his fate regarding serious fraud charges and has called out his reality TV best friend, Peter Thomas, for saying he is going to jail.

Apollo Nida Begs Judge To Lower Maximum Sentence

Nida told Radar Online Monday, "At this time, I don't have time to waste to get into what he was saying. I didn't really think he would count me out like that. I haven't even been sentenced yet. I talk to him, I just didn't think he would have anything to say. I guess it doesn't surprise me."

During the BET Awards weekend festivities, Thomas said Nida is doing "as well as someone who is getting ready to go to jail [could be]."

Kenya Moore Believes Apollo Nida Is 'Absolutely' Going To Prison

Nida's sentencing is scheduled for Tuesday. He pleaded guilty to fraud charges in a scam that included stealing victims' identities and using them to set up fake businesses. The scheme is said to have laundered nearly $3 million. Nida said at this time he needs all of the positive energy he can get.

"I'm cool, just trying to keep everything in stride. I'm just waiting to get an update from my attorney. Support is definitely needed. I appreciate everyone [reaching out]."

As if he needed anything else on his plate, it has also been revealed that one of his homes was sold after he failed to pay property taxes. Documents obtained by Radar Online show that Nida purchased the home for just $9,000 back in 2010. But someone else bought it for $2,800 on May 6 in a public auction.

The documents state, "taxes owed, the interest and penalties on said taxes, and penalties on said taxes, and the expenses of the sale, all of which were mature and payable because of failure to pay same interest and penalties on said taxes..."

The home has three bedrooms and is 4, 887-square-feet.

Nida has previously served five years in prison for racketeering.
