It seems that Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) will be heading back to Lima in the sixth and final season of Fox's Glee.

In a new TVLine spoiler report, a fan asked if the rumor about Rachel returning to Lima to relaunch New Directions was true. According to the site, it is indeed true. However, it is not clear on how long Rachel will be returning to her hometown.

Fans will learn what became of her TV pilot that she tried to launch at the end of last season with Mary Halloran (Kristen Schaal) and Lee Paulblatt (Jim Rash). The report says that the series might even show the pilot itself, which is speculated to be a failure.

This is the second character coming back to Lima after experiencing New York life. Chord Overstreet revealed to E! News this week that his character Sam would be going back to Lima in the final season.

"I know I am back in Ohio at the school," he spilled. "I know the writers are three to four episodes in right now and from what I've heard it's really fun stuff."

Some fans were worried that the series might abandon McKinley High and Lima altogether now that most of the glee club kids have graduated. Sure enough, it seems that at least two familiar characters will be back in those hallways as Glee reaches its end.

Glee's final season is expected to air in early 2015 on Fox, considering the series was left off the network's Fall 2014 schedule.
