The Real Housewives of New Jersey breakout star Teresa Giudice faces her own drama with Bravo as they reportedly get footage of her highly anticipated fraud sentencing, despite her urgent wishes for it not to be taped.

Teresa Giudice Accused of More Fraud As Source Claims She Lied About Giving Daughter Heirloom

A source broke the news to RadarOnline Tuesday and said the network wants to use the court footage from her September 23 hearing for the reunion special. They claimed that it is Bravo's desperate attempt to to help boost the show's struggling ratings.

"Teresa doesn't want cameras from Bravo to be at her sentencing and has told producers of the show her thoughts. Bravo doesn't care what Teresa wants or thinks, and they are done protecting her. So, Bravo will absolutely send cameras. Bravo knows there will be a lot of drama during Teresa's sentencing."

But the reality star's alleged issues with the network are said to go even further back after an interview they set up with the New York Post went wrong.

The same insider claimed that Giudice did not like the direction the conversation with the paper was going. She apparently got upset after Bravo did not "protect her, or stop the interview."

However, the network doesn't have the best perspective of the cast member either as she has failed to show up for several promotional events.

"It's very frustrating for Bravo . . . They tried to tell Teresa that she was contractually obligated to show but her legal crisis manager, Wendy Feldman, shut that down. Teresa's contract is actually very loose, and doesn't clearly dictate what media she must do."

Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice are awaiting their sentencing after they pleaded guilty to fraud charges including bank and loan.

In the meantime, the drama surrounding Teresa's legal woes airs on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
