Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney has been having quite a month lately with a reported hacked photo scandal, but it looks like she might be focusing on something else now that a new month has begun.

On Wednesday, Maroney took to her Instagram page to post a photo of a group of trees as the fog rolls behind, giving emphasis on the autumn weather. The picture says, "Hello October." Maroney also took to Twitter to post her excitement for the new month by writing, "happy october friends" with emojis of a pumpkin and leaves.

It seems like the leaked image incident might be less of an issue for Maroney now ever since it was reported that nude pictures of her went viral although there's a good chance that they weren't real. But earlier this week, Cloudmark announced that a porn spammer was allegedly using hacked websites to sell a photo of Maroney as well as stolen images of Kate Upton and Jennifer Lawrence.

Maroney's situation with this might be more serious than some other female celebrities because according to her lawyers, she was under 18 when the pictures were taken, making it illegal under child abuse laws in the United States.

Since this could come with some dire results, Cloudmark reported the details to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. As of now, not much else has been said on how this will all turn out for Maroney and all the other women who've been alleged victims.
